As a team, Carlos and Tammy work as one. Tammy works behind the scenes to facilitate the contracts and paperwork, runs the operations, and takes the reins on marketing.

Tammy, transitioning from a 20-year nursing career, brings a compassionate touch to real estate. Her commitment goes beyond the transaction to building a relationship with you and ensuring you have the best possible real estate experience. Tammy is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and has her broker’s license.

Beyond real estate, Carlos and Tammy are a family of four. Graciela is their heroic Paramedic and firefighter daughter. Olivia is their youngest and is gearing up for a sonography career. Both share a love for horses, family, and friends. Their two delightful doodles, Robert Frank and Remington, complete their family.
